Old Man Joe was surrendered by his owners to the San Diego Humane Society for unknown reasons. We scooped him up to become a Frosted Face on October 20th. He is 12 years old and weighs 12 lbs. He is very sweet and cuddly!
Old Man Joe went on a two-week Frosted Fling in a home with 6 other dogs, and he did great with all of them! He was also a super sidekick to his Fling Mom as she visited clients for work.
His Fling Mom reports:
"Old Man Joe is a great little guy! Some fun facts about him:
* He enjoys strolls....anywhere is good as long as he is with his person.
* Eats anything and everything. A foodie for sure!
* Likes to snuggle on the couch.
* Sleeps in a crate great. Would love a to snuggle in your bed as well.
* Doesn't play with toys, but likes chews. He is trying to keep thise teeth clean.
* He doesn't give kisses....maybe he's saving them for his fur-ever person! He has licked my hand.
* He has a high pitch squeal that will startle you at first, then once you know he is ok, you will laugh at this sound.
* He is great when meeting new dogs; does best with small dogs.
* He would be perfect for anyone who wants to take their dog everywhere.
* He also does fine at home while I'm at work. He curls in a bed next to his fling sibilings and naps the day away.
Old Man Joe is a great little dog! He will be happy as long as he has human near by and a cozy bed to curl up in (and lots of yummy food!) He would be the perfect addition to any home!"
Old Man Joe is currently enjoying another fling while he waits for his forever home. Might that be with you?
Please email placement@frostedfacesfoundation.org to meet this very special boy!
