My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Opal ( Tortie F) This sweet girl had a rough start and has always been SO loving. She always seeks attention and to be held. She is a TOTAL love bug!
She is good with other cats and children.

Tanzanite (Orange M) Nicknamed "Tanzy", this sweet boy has had a rough start, born with a club foot that miraculously healed! He gets around perfectly fine now! He is a calm boy who loves snuggles.

More about this rescue

The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS), staffed entirely by volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. Because we do not have a shelter, all of the animals we rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted. We believe that all companion pets have intrinsic value and should be treated with the reverence and care they deserve.
