My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet brother and sister pair would prefer to stay together. They head butt you all day long and love being petted! They are from a high crime neighborhood and didn't always see the best side of people, but their adoptive family would earn their trust over time. Beary is a mainecoon mix kitten growing fast and getting huge (fluffy giant tail and long hair)! We would prefer a quiet household for them.

Both Beary (black female) and Barry (gray male) are spayed neutered, have had distemper shots and rabies vaccine, and are microchipped.

If you would like to find out more about adopting these kitties, please email info@shadowcatadvocates.org or call Cari at (540) 226-0050.

More about this rescue

Shadow Cat Advocates exists to provide assistance to all the abandoned and forgotten cats and kittens that live all around us. We are a 501c3 non-profit and all donations to our organization are deductible to the extent allowed by IRS laws. We have no office expenses, no salaries, and our volunteers all work for FREE and pay their own expenses. Without volunteers, our mission would be meaningless. We are looking for additional volunteers. Are you willing to foster a cat for a short period, become a caretaker, help trap, or assist in one of our fundraising events? Shoot us an email as any help you can offer will be met with a huge THANK YOU!
