Tangle is the perfect mix of affectionate and chill. She warms up to new friends quickly and will happily lounge by your side, keeping you company. While she’s not a big talker, she’ll charm you with her cute little chirp-meows when she has something to say.

This girl knows how to have fun, too! Tangle loves playing with wand toys and always keeps her playtime gentle and sweet. She’d love a forever home with humans who’ll give her love and maybe another kitty to play with. She’s great with small kids and happily gets along with everyone.

Step one:
Browse our available animals online. Our website has more details on every animal, including any known history with dogs, cats, and kids, as well as individual adoption fees. Visit https://www.austinpetsalive.org/adopt

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
