Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Frances (aka Frank) and yes, she is a female. She is a sweet torti-point.
Frank is very playful. She loves all kinds of toys and is very curious. Her favorite toys are string toys with fish and bird toys that make bird sounds. Frank loves to run from room to room on occasion and enjoys playing chase with her foster cat brother. She gets those zoomies!
Another favorite pastime of Frank's is perching on the cat tree and napping on the windowsill and looking out at the world.
Frank, with her sweet blue eyes, kept showing up on her foster mom's patio. She was very skinny and hungry. Frank can initially be a little shy, but once she warms up to "her" human—you're HER human. She will seek you out for head rubs and cuddles. Sometimes she will just lay by you, staring at you affectionately.
Frank will warm up to a male cat, but it will take time and patience. Frank loves to eat and especially enjoys her daily treats. She is a sweet, slightly frisky, and lovable cat who is looking for her forever home.

More about this rescue
Animal Justice League (AJL) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt dog and cat rescue organization with a focus on the Oak Forest and Garden Oaks neighborhoods of Houston, TX. AJL was formed on January 27, 2015, but really, the work began long before then!
In a neighborhood that often serves as a dumping ground for unwanted animals, in a city that is overridden with homeless pets, and shelters that are at capacity, we saw a need and knew it was time to make a difference.
We rescue dogs off of the brutal streets of Houston, help care for those that are no longer wanted or cared for by their previous owners, and are registered to pull dogs and cats from the city, county, and nearby shelters. We also help reduce the community cat and kitten population through a robust TNR (trap, neuter, return) program.
Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through rescue, education, and outreach. Help us make our mission a reality!
