Meet Rosey. She is a Bichon / Shih Tzu mix girl who came out of a neglect situation. Her foster says she's smart, attentive and super fast. She also loves to play ball and is a great retriever. Rosey loves other dogs and would love a home with a fenced yard and another active dog around her size to run around with.
Because of the circumstances she came from, Rosie is working on housebreaking and will need a family who will follow through with obedience training. She can be jumpy and mouthy so would not be a good fit for a family with younger children. Her birthday is 12/5/23.
She will make a great addition to a family with some work. Please email us at AlmostHome4Dogs@yahoo.com for an application. (Local adoptions preferred — Philadelphia and tri-state area [South Jersey and northern Delaware] only.) PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US! We are NOT a shelter: All of our dogs live in private homes with foster families. Come and meet the Almost Home dogs and their fosters at our Meet & Greet events, where you can learn more about our wonderful dogs from the people who live with them, find out which dogs are on their way and when they’ll arrive, and fill out an application to adopt or foster.
