My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***UPDATED BIO - OCT 17TH***
Pez is a very handsome boy 5-8 months old and 12.8 pound. Maybe chi mix but probably just a little mutt. 🙂
He has a sweet and lovable soul. Pez was rescued from a terrible shelter where he was just shaking in a corner and shut down. He was so afraid of people.
I think he was terribly mistreated in his short time, or he was just born on the streets and feral. Pez is under socialized and a bit of a scaredy cat, but he has so so much love in him and I know he also wants to receive love.
He is shy and afraid but full of life and he shines brighter and brighter every day. Once he knows you he loves being doted upon and held and kissed.
Pez does run from strangers and he will take some time to get used to new people and places but he is so young and impressionable and he will flourish with the right family.
Pez is wonderful with all other animals and kids but toddlers may be a bit much for him right now.
We are still working on leash walking and going slow with that. We force our love on him daily haha.
Pez will be a medium sized dog fully grown. Probably close to 25-30 pounds. Tall and skinny.
Pez is a gentle boy, not too hyper or rough, he plays well with other dogs of all ages and sizes. He shares. He loves. He is a follower. He is smart.
He has a little piece of our hearts and is ready to take that with him to his new home and forever life and a family that will give him a chance.
******************
PEZ is currently being fostered in TEXAS.
This is Pez. He is 5-8 months old and 10 pounds. He will be 15-18 pounds fully grown.
He is very very timid and shy but never aggressive. He comes out of his shell more and more everyday but is a work in progress.
Pez was on the euthanasia list at our local shelter.
He is so sweet and gentle. Great with dogs, cats and well mannered older kids.
It would be best if Pez could go to a home with other happy, social dogs that can show him the ropes and teach him how to do the dog stuff 🙂
