KITKAT is currently being fostered in TEXAS.
KitKat is approximately 1 year old and 8.6 pounds. She is fully grown. She is a slender very tall girl.
KitKat came to us from another dog hoarding situation where there were apx 30 dogs on the property. The owner of the property passed away and the family is finding placement for all the dogs. We took 3 girls from this particular property.
Kit Kat was born there and lived her entire life outdoors up until now. She is very scared and timid, but is not aggressive.
She gets along wonderful with other dogs and cats, but we do ask no small hyper children.
KitKat still does not come to us and we need to kind of corner her to pick her up which she doesn't try to bite us, she just freezes.
She did fine at the vets and giving her a bath.
She is a good girl, just traumatized and a bit feral. She doesn't bite or growl and we have yet to hear her bark.
She needs a home with a fenced in yard. She does not do well on a leash and this is something she needs to work on.
She needs a home willing to socialize her, help her gain her confidence, give her stability, a routine, a lot of love and patience.
Kitkat has it in her to be a wonderful and loving part of a family. She is still very young and has her entire life ahead of her. She will learn very quickly that home is a safe place and that people can be loving and kind. She just needs a special human to help get her there.
