Meet Chichi!

This adorable gentle lady is around 6 months old and was found as a stray on an abandoned property. She is now in a foster home and doing great!

From her foster dad:

Chichi is shy but friendly, adores her people and wants to be with them at all times. She warmed up to me very quickly our first day together and now always wants to be by my side. She does very well in her crate when needing to be left alone in the home, and will sleep in her crate through the night.

Chichi is definitely a homebody, enjoying lounging, napping and chewing on her stuffed animals. She also loves getting pets and belly rubs whenever possible and is overall a very mellow pup.

Chichi has done very well with meeting new people indoors and warmed up within a few minutes with the help of treats. She has also done great with both dogs and cats.

While outdoors on walks Chichi is still very skittish and wary of strangers or noises and can be overwhelmed easily so she does best in quiet areas or yards. She is doing very well with potty training but may still have the occasional accident, especially in the beginning.

Chichi will greatly benefit from being in a home with another dog who can show her the way. She lacks confidence, especially outside and will benefit from having a friend who can help her blossom.
