My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sage is such a sweet and fluffy girl! She is looking for a new family that has the patience to take things slow with her, as she can be a little bit nervous and unsure at first. But once she opens up, with her full personality on display, you will not be disappointed by her sweet nature! This goofy girl loves to get pets and cuddles. Come meet Sage today!

~ Sage is looking for an active home that will be able to provide lots of daily exercise and enrichment
~ Sage will need to be signed up for training prior to going into her fur-ever home to set her and her new family up for success!
~ Her new family will need to be willing to work slowly to ensure this girl starts to see the world as not such a scary place
~ Sage can be sound sensitive and will need her new family to work slowly with desensitisation.
~ Sage will need her new family to work slowly with getting her more comfortable on her own
~ Once Sage is comfortable with someone she is very friendly and outgoing. But her new family will need to be prepared to work on building this sweet girls confidence!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Come into the Centre and if you see a pet you like, you are able to do a "Meet and Greet" with that pet. Spend some time in alone with the pet or take a dog out for a short walk. If you are still interested in adopting the pet you can meet with one of our Adoption Counsellors who will have you fill out and application and will ask you some questions about the environment in which you live. If you seem like a wonderful match and your envirnoment meets the needs of the pet then your application should be approved!
