My name is Luna!

Animal Profile: Luna is a 3.5 month old mix who will be joining us from Louisana, on 10/13. She  was surrendered to the Caddo Parish shelter with 9 siblings.  Luckily she was moved to a foster home while waiting for his freedom ride to Washington.  We will post more info on the puppies as we get to know them in foster care.

Foster Update:  Luna is a cute and wiggly little puppy! She is so sweet and confident, wagging her tail wherever she goes. She is loving her new life in Washington and enjoys zoomies outside, playing with toys and her foster brother. We are working on potty training and crate training. She is doing well with using pads and getting better at going outside! She is sleeping through the night in her crate and will settle down after a couple minutes when we put her in there for naps during the day. She is a smart girl and is picking up a few commands easily.  Looking for a home with a securely fenced yard and a canine companion would be a bonus. 

 Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, and microchip with registration. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.

Animal History:  This dog is arriving from Caddo Parish Animal Shelter in Shreveport Louisiana via Tail Lights Rescue Project. He will be available for adoption in the Seattle area.
