Animal Profile: Phoebe was born outside on the Wapato Reservation. Her 'owner' was not interested in feeding or keeping her or her littermates, and was threatening to let them starve. A rescue contact reached out for help as Mama and babies were left outside, exposed to the elements. We could not leave them to suffer, so they are all hitching a ride to the west side on Friday, 10/11.

Foster Update: Maisie is a happy, social puppy that loves attention. She loves to be held and snuggle, follow her humans and is eager to come running when she is called. She plays with the resident big dogs some but really prefers people. She doesn't meet a stranger! She is doing great with pottying outside. She whines when left in her crate but settles in after a few minutes. She is very smart and observant of everything that is going on around her and will thrive with learning new skills. 

Adoption Info: Damian's adoption fee is $550 which includes his neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV, microchip, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization.

Animal History: Taylor and her 9 puppies are being surrendered to Dog Gone Seattle from their owner in Eastern Wa. They arrive to foster care 10/11/24 and will be available for adoption once we confirm they are healthy and well.
