My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Veruca is a spayed female cat, probably born September of 2023.  She arrived with her brother, Wonka.   She's a absolute stunner and she knows it.  She takes good care of a luxurious coat (but would probably appreciate some brushing/combing - that is a LOT of hair!).  She's joined a colony room and is settling in nicely.  She doesn't mind the other cats being around her, but she prefers human company if given a choice.  She's quite relaxed and spends most of her time birdwatching from the comfort of our wide window ledges.  While she's pretty relaxed at the shelter, she's also a young cat and would enjoy play time and plenty of toys.
