Looking Glass Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) virtual rescue, using a network of dedicated fosters throughout Louisiana and the Northeast to care for our animals until adoption. You may be required to travel if approved for adoption.

Meet Brownie - one of our "littles" looking for a forever home, Brownie is adorable, extremely friendly, cuddly, crate trained, and house trained, good on and off the leash, loves the other dogs in the home and has no reaction to the cats or chickens where she is currently living so we expect she will do fine in a home with cats. Just 3 years of age, Brownie is healthy, happy, up to date on veterinary care, and has been successfully treated for heartworm. She is ready to find love and looking for a fun family or companion to call her own! As with all new pets, Brownie will require time to decompress and acclimate to her new surroundings and family - but we expect she will be an amazing addition to any home.
