Toby is a handsome guy, approximately 3 years old, who will be traveling from Puerto Rico to find his forever home. He looks to be a corgi x chihuahua mix of sorts. He is approximately 18 pounds, neutered, and up to date on his vaccines. His rescuer says he is a total cuddler and loves to be with his person. Please submit an application if you're interested in adopting Toby. Adoption fee is $395.
