My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smoke is a beautiful, sweet Russian Blue mix who is an affectionate guy though a bit shy at first. He needs a little time in a home to warm up, but warm up he will! He was found in a backyard in south Brooklyn, where he would rub up against the people who told us about him, hoping to be brought back inside. It was clear from his actions that he was formerly a house cat who found himself outside without shelter and love.

Smoke is a healthy Russian Blue mix - he has been neutered, tested fiv-/felv-, is microchipped, treated for parasites, up to date on vaccines and ready to be loved in a wonderful furrever home.

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.
