My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Plaid, a very sweet and affectionate girl who is ready to find her forever home! Plaid has a playful spirit and loves nothing more than being the center of attention. She thrives on interaction and cuddles, making her an ideal companion for anyone looking for a loving pet.

Plaid is looking for a home where she can have a furry friend to play with, so she would do best in a household that already has another kitten. While she's been around dogs and toddlers, she can be a bit shy and is still getting used to their presence. With a little patience and time, she is learning to adapt to her bustling environment.

Her playful nature shines through in her love for toys and games, and she adores being held close by her humans. If you're looking for a sweet girl who will bring joy and laughter into your home, Plaid is the perfect match!

Are you ready to give Plaid the love and attention she deserves? Come meet her today!

More about this rescue

At Oakbrook Cat Rescue, we are a dedicated team of passionate volunteers united by our love for cats. As a no-kill rescue group, we provide a safe haven for both kittens and adult cats, ensuring they thrive in loving foster homes instead of cages. Our mission is to shower every feline in our care with compassion while offering essential services such as spaying, neutering, vaccinating, microchipping, and conducting FIV/FeLV combo tests.

We believe that every cat, whether a playful kitten or a wise old soul, deserves a second chance at happiness. In addition to caring for our adoptable cats, we support our community by assisting with the needs of feral and community cats whenever we can, helping to provide care and resources for local colonies.

From the most affectionate to the shyest, Oakbrook Cat Rescue is devoted to finding each of them a forever home filled with love. Together, we strive to make a difference—one paw at a time.
