My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nami (A136240) is a 2-year-old Akita mix who weighed 56.2 pounds on intake!

10/17/24 This pretty girl is Nami! Nami arrived at the shelter as a stray and is now searching for her new home! At the shelter, we noticed that she can be vocal at times but loves to greet everyone. She has done a great job at keeping her kennel clean, indicating that she may already be housebroken! We encourage her next owner to work with a certified trainer to help with her manners and for the added benefit of socialization in a controlled environment! She seems very curious about her doggy neighbors at the shelter, but as her history is unknown with other animals, please ensure you are making appropriate introductions! If you are interested in meeting Nami, please let the shelter know!
