10/07/24 This happy smiley boy is Moose! Moose was surrendered to the shelter because he was a bit too much for the small child in the home. He does not always understand his size and has a history of bumping into kiddos. He was said to do well with adults and would most likely love a home with older children. Moose is super excited for wintertime and was said to love being outdoors. He was also said to love to play with other dogs but has no history with cats, pocket pets, or livestock. Please ensure you are making appropriate introductions with potential new friends. Moose was said to be kennel trained, housebroken, and to ride well in a car. He also knows the command and paw (but does not always listen). Moose does still like to jump on people and was known to counter surf on occasion. He would benefit from working with a certified trainer to continue working on his manners. He is a young sweet dog looking for the perfect home to keep him happy and healthy!
