My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Chase! Chase is a great big ball of love. He is high energy and head strong. He needs and experienced German Shepherd handler and a fenced yard. He has a high prey drive but is very smart, workable and treat and squeaky toy motivated. He is a great dog that has high potential and would do great as an outdoor enthusiast best friend. To meet Chase, get me your application ASAP.

More about this shelter

The Forest County Humane Society is a non-profit, no-kill shelter in the great north woods located in Crandon, Wisconsin. We rescue, rehabilitate and adopt out all breeds of dogs and cats. Every animal is given a thorough examination by a veterinarian before placing them in a loving home and all animals are tested for Lyme disease, heartworm, feline leukemia and other infectious or debilitating diseases. They are vaccinated, de-wormed and spayed or neutered. All animals are lovingly cared for until being placed in their “fur-ever” family. Our website is www.forestcountyhumanesociety.org.
