Meet Dolly, Daisy, Dixie, Demi, and Diva – five beautiful 3 1/2 -month-old Shepherd/Collie mix puppies bursting with love and playful energy! Each pup has a unique coat and stunning markings that add to their charm, and all share a sweet, affectionate nature.

Dolly is a confident and sassy girl, always ready to be the center of attention.

These pups are looking for loving homes to grow, learn, and play. Are you ready to welcome one of these cuties into your family?

Each puppy’s adoption fee is $100.00 and includes first shots, worming, and sterilization at 6 months. Optional microchipping and registration is available for an additional $20.00. Please fill out an adoption application and a volunteer will contact you. The adoption application is NOT on Adopt a Pet. You must apply on our Heber Springs Humane Society website.

We have an adoption contract and adoption fees. The fee for a dog is $100.00 and a cat is $60.00. The fee includes mandatory spay or neuter and vaccinations.
If calling about an animal you may have to leave a message. Your call will be answered as soon as possible.

Our shelter is located at 49 Shelter Lane in Heber Springs, Arkansas. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

More about this shelter

Our orginzation was founded by Doug Bakko. Funds were raised to build the original shelter on land donated. The shelter has since been expanded using donations and fund raisers. We are the only Shelter in Cleburne County. Our operating funds come from our Thrift Shop, donations, fund raisers and some assistance from the city of Heber Springs, surrounding towns in Cleburne County. We work very hard keeping animals happy and healthy. We do this because we love animals and want to give them a safe haven and every chance possible to go to a loving home.
