Meet River! Sweet River has had quite an adventure since coming to PAR. He deserves a forever home and wants one he can call his very own. River is super sweet and won't pass up a chance to steal your lap and affection. It also won't take but a second to steal your heart. River shares his time with one of his favorite foster friends, Moo. Moo and River both share the same feelings about laps and being loved on.
