Hey there VIP peeps! My name is Charlotte, and I’m a 4 month old 6 lb. Scuffy Terrier mix puppy!
I like other doggies, (small to medium pups) no big doggies for me! I’m. I love to play with my age appropriate puppy toys, and boy, the food here at my foster home is just delish! I am very smart, eager to learn, catching onto routines around my foster home very quickly. I like to please, it would be fun to train me with consistent work.
Did I mention I’m a puppy? I LOVE to run and play, so a young, active family, will be what I need, (no couch potatoes for this girl!) and preferably one with a secure fenced in yard for me to run around, play ball with you and burn some of this energy off. I’d be ok with kids, as long as they’re respectful and experienced with dogs, say 8+ and respectful of my little size. I’m still working on this “housebreaking” thing, so you MUST be committed to continue my training, and please, because I’m so young, I CANNOT be left alone for hours on end, that’s not good for me, so please take that into consideration as well. If you work part time-time, or work from home, that’d be best!

Adoption Requirements: You must be a Florida resident, and be at least 25 years of age to adopt. To qualify for adoption, all of the pets in your home must be spayed or neutered, be current on all vaccines, preventatives, and have received consistent veterinary care. If you’ve had more than one Vet in the past 3 years, please provide all the names and number for each vet. This breed typically lives 15-18 years, so please keep that lifespan in mind, as your age should be appropriate for the pets estimated lifespan.
All of us at VIP Rescue are Volunteers, with families, jobs and pets of our own, so please be kind and patient. We select the most fitting application for the dog, not necessarily the timeliest adoption application. Our adoptable pets reside in the State of Florida at a Foster Home. We are not a shelter, we are a rescue group spread across the state of Florida. Once your application is approved by our Volunteer, you will be contacted to meet the animal at the foster home. You must drive to the foster home to meet the adoptable dog.
