My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jax is a ~8 year old Catahoula/pit bull mix the owner got from a friend.
He was surrendered as Jax doesn't quite understand his size relative to the owners 3-year-old and newborn child.

He routinely went to the vet, was not on any meds, and never diagnosed with any condition.
Jax has no favorite toys in particular. He does NOT like cats and is protective of his owners and house, but he is generally curious and kind. He is sweet and somewhat indifferent around children. He was also an indoor/outdoor dog.

Jax is house/crate/kennel/leash trained and knows "sit," "come," "shake," & "lay." He was easily let outside any time he needed to use the bathroom.

He has lots of energy, is very strong, and can't wait to play. He would make a great dog for anyone looking to have a smart, protective, and loyal pup.
