We are seeking a new home for our good boy, a mix of Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler) and Foxhound, born in May 2023. He is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations, though he will need another round of rabies and annual vaccinations.
He’s a playful, energetic boy who loves walks and playing fetch. He’s not fond of being ran or having his nails trimmed. He has a big personality and doesn’t quite realize his size, which can make him a bit clumsy around younger kids. He tends to pay more attention to our 6-year-old (who loves rough housing with him)
He can be a great companion with some guidance.
He is trainable and responds well to treats, but he does need some basic training to channel his excitement. He is a very smart boy. After his walks he chills out. Unfortunately, our current environment isn't the right fit for him. To be honest, he was brought home and i have been looking to rehome him ever since. We love him very much, but this isnt the place for him. He deserves a loving h
