Hi, I'm Jimmy! I'm a lovebug who gets along great with other dogs. When I got to the shelter, I was a little shy, but I opened up quickly and I'm doing really great in my foster home. I was found with a wound around my neck from being tied up too long, but I'm not letting my hard past crush my spirit. I'm a happy boy who loves deeply and I just need someone to love me back! Potential families are asked to complete or Adoption Application before visiting our dogs. We introduce you and your family including any other dogs/cats in your family to our adoptable dogs. If the meeting is a good match we will schedule a home check to ensure that the home is a good match for the pet that you have selected. You will then be asked to complete our Adoption Agreement and to finalize the adoption there will be a processing fee to adopt a pet from us. All proceeds go directly back to help support our rescue and there are no paid employees so all fees are used for our pets waiting to be adopted.

We are located in the San Diego area and pull dogs from southern California shelters and we assist families in rehoming their pets so that they don't have to go to a shelter.

I started doing rescue because I couldn't stand to see adoptable dogs being euthanized due to lack of an immediate home. I knew that I could find them good homes.
