Meet Scarlet, an adorable 8-week-old heeler/terrier mix with a playful spirit and a heart full of affection. Her tail is always wagging, reflecting her love for cuddles and playtime. Scarlet is fantastic around kids and other animals, making her the perfect companion for a lively household. While she’s still working on her potty training, her sweet nature and enthusiasm for life makes her a delightful addition to any family. Scarlet is expected to be 30-40 pounds when grown.

Her adoption fee of $300 covers her spay, microchip with registration, 1st puppy vaccine, deworming, and current monthly flea, tick, and heartworm preventions. She will need a few more vaccines as she ages. Please apply at gfrpets.org/apply.

If we find a good match for you, you can pay the adoption fee, sign the contract, and take the pet home!

Additional adoption info

Adopters fill out a no-obligation contract. If approved, they will fill out a contract for the animal. Adoption fees are $200 per dog ($250 for puppies 6 months and younger) and $60 for cats ($100 for kittens), which includes spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip registration, deworming medications, heartworm and flea preventative.

This is a small, foster based rescue run by volunteers. Please be patient as it may take a few days to approve your application.
