Hi there. My name is Cassandra Nova but I do prefer to go by Nova. I am quite a gorgeous Tuxedo kitten and love to be dressed to the nines on the daily. I am spunky but also have a cuddly side like my sister Domino. I sure do love Ellie and Yukio though as well. Would you consider taking me home with one of my sisters? I would do best to have another kitten to play with. I spend my days playing with my sisters and brother. I love toys and cuddling with my people. Taking naps on their chest and snuggling into their necks while they watch movies is so comfy. I have the best purr too. I would be a great kitten in a house with respectful kids. Dogs are not really my favorite thing but if they are calm I think I would be ok if you give me time to adapt. I cannot wait to have a home of my own with one of my siblings. Since we make a lifetime commitment to any animal that comes into our program, we only adopt out animals to people in our area..

If you are interested in adopting a CAWS cat or dog, please fill out the online application at http://www.caws.org/application/, email adopt@caws.org or call 328-4731. For the most timely response applying online is recommended.

We respond as quickly as possible but as we are a volunteer based organization and do not have full time staff, we respond as quickly as possible.

CAWS does not have a conventional shelter facility - all CAWS animals waiting for adoption are in foster homes. The number of animals we can help find new homes for is closely linked to how many CAWS foster homes are available. CAWS volunteers bring cats and dogs to the PetSmart near 2100 South and 300 West in South Salt Lake on the third and fourth weekends of each month

We are also at the Sugarhouse PETCO (1165 Wilmington Ave) the first Saturday of each month.
