Hi! My name is Uncle Frank and if you are looking for a big mellow, snuggly lap cat, your search is over! I am an expert biscuit maker and professional cuddler. I love to climb all over my foster mom while she is working and demands hugs. My favorite pastime is hanging out with people, especially kids. I was rescued from living at an Elementary school where I greeted the kids every morning and loved hanging out with them at recess. I don’t mind loud noises and don’t mind other cats.
