Rogue is a 13-year-old Rottweiler/Retriever mix who needs a loving new home for her golden years. She was adopted as a puppy from Rancho Cucamonga Animal Shelter, and for the next 12 years, lived happily with her family. When they became unable to take care of her, Rogue moved in with relatives and has been the best girl in their home for the past year.
Sadly, changes in their work/financial circumstances have resulted in them being unable to give Rogue the time and care she needs, and she is currently spending most of her time alone outdoors. Now, Rogue is looking for her true final home where she will be a cherished family member. Might it be with you?
Rogue is a very sweet and gentle dog. She has always lived with young children and been loving towards them. Rogue is always friendly and welcoming to people who visit the home. When meeting someone new away from home, she approaches cautiously and politely.
Rogue enjoys playing fetch and going for walks and to the dog park. She gets along well with other dogs. In her previous home, she was submissive towards the other dog in the home, and she is very chill towards dogs that visit her current home. At the dog park, Rogue gets excited about meeting smaller dogs and playing with them but soon becomes indifferent. Rogue has not been around cats.
Rogue is spayed and house-trained. If you are looking for well-behaved, loving companion, please consider adopting this deserving girl!
