This beauty is Ethel! She arrived at the shelter as a lost girl on 10/12 along with her bestie, Lucy, who has now been adopted. Ethel is hoping for new, forever home, too, where she will be loved and kept safe and never end up back in the shelter. The volunteers describe her as very sweet, but a little shy. Ethel has some scars on her body, so we're not sure she has hada very happy past. Let's look forward to the future though, and hope for better days. Ethel is very attentive to the people around her and aims to please. If you have a soft spot for the shy kid who may be overlooked in a loud, overwhelming shelter environment, please come meet Ethel.
Ethel is approximately 5 years old, and she weighs 52 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, and she will be spayed, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Ethel is waiting in run 828; her ID # is 662581.

Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
