My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Kia is a 2 1/2 year old Shih Tzu mix and she's the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. She'll never bite, and is extremely friendly and playful. Her current owner is a senior citizen who got her a few months ago, but due to health reasons cannot keep up with a young dog who still needs to be trained. Kia needs special care because she's mostly deaf (but can hear high-pitched sounds), hyperactive, and very anxious. She needs somebody with energy and the patience to complete her training. She knows how to sit and how to go pee outside (most of the time), but she does poo inside. She just needs a consistent routine so she can get used to eating and pooping on schedule. Kia has separation anxiety and she also runs around barking and spinning. She barks at her own reflection and also at the TV. She really dislikes cats. Kia has been bounced around enough and we're hoping she can find the right person to take care of her. She is a ray of sunshine. She plays all the time and is very loving
