My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buck was surrendered to the shelter on 10/18/2024 with his friend Dixie. They have been getting into trouble and running off, so they had to be surrendered. They just need a little bit of training and taught their boundaries a little better, and they'll be great dogs. They are currently a little nervous, but so sweet and love to follow us around. He is neutered and up to date on his vaccines. If you would like to add Buck to your family, his adoption fee is $150 with an approved application.

More about this shelter

Our shelter is staffed by only a few employees so we greatly depend on volunteers to help care for our animals.
We work very closely with rescue groups to help move our dogs out of the shelter quickly. Our goal is to never have to euthanize for space. We cannot do that without rescue assistance because our adoption rates are very low.
