Little orange mushy face...that is what Chiquita looks like. She is a cute vivid orange girl with an interesting beautiful shorter nose...much like a British shorthair. Her bestie is Jeremiah. (They are both fixed but make a great orange pair.) Chiquita loves treats as much as we love to gaze into that unusual face. Chiquita currently lives in the Kitten Playroom with other male and female kittens and gets along well with all of them. She would do well in a home who understands cats are cats and value their independence and understand that they don't always want to be petted or fawned over...even if they have cute mushy faces.

All PAWS cats and dogs are current on the vaccinations appropriate for their age. Those who are confirmed over 4 months old or older will have their rabies vaccinations. Age permitting, dogs/puppies are tested for heartworm disease. Cats/kittens are tested (and are negative) for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV). All are treated with flea/tick prevention and given internal parasite preventative on a regular basis. All are microchipped (for their safety and the adopter's peace of mind) as part of the adoption fee.
