Snow White's journey started out quite rough. She was found covered in gasoline and open wounds but was still wiggly, happy and friendly. We rushed her to the vet and they prescribed some medicine, good food and attention. Her skin began to heal quickly and her playful personality started to shine more and more. She enjoys playing with other dogs and is quite the goofy girl. She was under-weight when she came in and absolutely loves food! She even took her yucky medicines with delight! Her big, brown eyes are so full of hope, it's hard not to fall in love with this sweet girl. She's still working on her leash skills but have no doubt that with a little practice and a few snacks, she'll became a pro! Snow White is looking for her happily ever after, could it be with you?
All PAWS cats and dogs are current on the vaccinations appropriate for their age. Those who are confirmed over 4 months old or older will have their rabies vaccinations. Age permitting, dogs/puppies are tested for heartworm disease. Cats/kittens are tested (and are negative) for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV). All are treated with flea/tick prevention and given internal parasite preventative on a regular basis. All are microchipped (for their safety and the adopter's peace of mind) as part of the adoption fee.
