Sid and his sister Sassy came into the RCC fold after Tropical Storm Ernesto took out a fence, allowing a neighboring dog to kill their mom. The kittens were not quite weaned yet. Sid got hit with another whammy when he had to fight off the killer panleuk virus.   Lots of fluids, syringed food infused with extras, a Vitamin B shot, and some tender loving care from Opie already in foster care (also available for adoption) brought Sid back to health and he slowly gained weight to the healthy kitten he is today.

Sid is a big fan of kisses, pretty darn chill, cuddly, and just goes with the flow. If it’s time to play – he plays. If it’s time to eat – boy does he like to eat. Time to snuggle – get in position! He is a purrer - even when he’s eating.

 Whatever the makeup of your household, Sid is likely to fit right in. If you’re looking for two, he’s great with his sis, Sassy.
