My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Good Afternoon! I'm Sakura and don't you think I am a super cute little pup? Well everyone here says I am! I was brought in by one of the nice guys of Animal Control. I rode in with him and I got me a big puppy cage with a full bowl of food and lots of shredded paper!! Anyway I was never claimed by my owner and they got me ready for adoption. They made sure I had all of my vaccinations for my age, they gave me a microchip and they had me spayed. If you decide to adopt me remember I am still a young puppy and I will take up lots of your time and patience. Make sure you have time for a puppy before you adopt me.

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
