My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

scooter is a very sweet happy, playful, 11 month old, 55 pound, lab looking for a forever home.

Like most labs scooter thanks everyone is his friend and he is wonderful with humans of all ages, other dogs, and is in different with cats.

Scooter was surrendered to PFP When is owners could no longer care for him.

Scooter Is a very smart boy and he is food motivated so he learns very quickly he is crate and house trained, and he enjoys going for a walks, hiking, and car rides.

Scooter would love to have a home with a fenced in yard and another dog to play with.

Scooter is freshly groomed and fully vetted and waiting for his forever family!

Adoption fees range from $200 to $500 generally. All our animals are fully vetted and groomed prior to adoption.
The Pals contract states the pet is fully vetted and must be returned to us if the adoption does not work out. We contact their vet for a reference as well as other professionals they may have used in the past such as groomers etc.

When an application is approved, we work with the applicant to set up a meet and greet. The location depends on whether they are being cared for at Pals for Paws in Kokomo or if they are being fostered, they may be in the greater Indianapolis area..
