Here's what the humans have to say about me:
You hear that? The purring?
This goofy fella is ready for a new home!
Meet Theodore! Theodore is 4 paw declawed and ready to find a furever family. Theodore will need to be a 100% indoor kitty! Theodore's pawrent unfortunately passed away leaving him and his friend Boots in search of a new home! Both kitties are 4 paw declawed and are looking for a home with someone that will give them patience to come around and adjust to new surroundings! Theodore loves to lay on his back with all his paws in the air! You'll definitely get a good laugh out of that one! These boys love attention but are a bit scared with the big change! Do you have a quiet home in need of a bundle (or bundles) of joy? Adopt today!

More about this shelter
We are the only shelter in Cedar County, Iowa. We take in homeless dogs and cats and help them to find carefully screened, lifelong, and nurturing homes. FOA serves Cedar County, Iowa.
When you adopt, you’re not just giving a deserving dog or cat a home. You’re also reducing the demand for puppy mills and other industrial-scale breeding operations that put profits before animal welfare. Homeless, scared, abused, neglected or surrendered, whatever the circumstance may be, our goal is to give all animals the chance to feel loved, wanted and special. After all, their souls are pure, and they deserve only the best from us.
