 Meet Mandy!

This little lady is simply THE BEST. Sure, i may be biased as I am her foster mom currently but I have been fostering this little thing for a month and she is nothing but adorable, fun and loving. Typical kitten. As of 10/1 she is 3 pounds approx 3 months and growing like a weed! 
Mandarin aka Mandy is unique not only because most solid orange tabbies are male kitties but also because she has a great personality. She really bonds to her people and is extremely trusting of her foster, she can be timid when she meets new people who come to the home but after a few treats, some petting and lots of toys and playing with her she opens up. 

Mandarin is the type of cat that seeks human companionship and if allowed she will try to go from one room to another following her foster. She is not alllowed to sleep in the bedroom but she fits under the door so when she feels like it she will houdini her way through and appear in the bed BUT she knows better and if she is placed outside of the door she understands to stay with the rest of her foster friends in the livingroom....of course she would love for her adopter to enjoy having a cuddle purring buddy in bed with them as she loves to be next to your pillow PURRING away the night. She is good with dogs as she is fostered at casa de ARWOB and is great with ALL cats and dogs but can be intimated by some dogs, she only befriends dogs once she trusts them and knows they will be gentle and not chase or play rough with her. 

Mandarin should be good with children BUT will require a trasnsition period and the adults to help her be properly introduced to fast moving little humans to slowly trust them, once she seems they equal extra hands to pet her and cuddle with as well as her own personal buttlers to play with her she will then love the children since Mandy LOVES to play with any feather wand and can jump HIGH like a true hunter and run back and forth for as long as the human lasts playing with her :)

She commonly climbs your clothes to purr and perch in your shoulder while still small when you are working on your computer. Her best friend is Tangarin, Chester, Ginger and Neo in case you are looking to adopt a second friend with her. We are looking for an adopter who has a cat friendly cat resident already OR looking to adopt a friend with her.  Do not apply if you are a ONE kitty household. 

This healthy and UTD on all medical (felv/fiv kitty) is READY to be adopted and to schedule a meet and greet in the fashion valley area please submit an adoption application online at ARWOB.org once your application is received we will schedule a call within 24 hours to start the adoption process which can take 48-72 hrs 

Please, DO NOT apply to adopt if you don't have landlord written approval(or are working on it), have a problem with a home check and are not ready to adopt within a week of submitting your application should it be approved to adopt. Thank you
