 Meet Ginger!

Uff this beautiful redhead is not only gorgeous but a real sweetheart!
Ginger was rescued from Ensenada (baja Mexico) August and has been fostered in San Diego since September. Ginger as of 10/1 is now 7 pounds and approx 6 months which means she is entering the teenager years which is a great age to know a kitties true personality and this cutie is just purrfect!

Ginger has been fostered in a home with a senior who has 2 adult kitties and is a kitty heaven, however, one of the adult kitties played a little too rough to keep this little teeanger safe so Ginger now is fostered at casa de ARWOB along with multiple other foster kitties and arwob dogs too!

Ginger is a people seeker, she adores humans and if you accidentally forget to lock her in a room because she is following you, dont worry, she will make sure to let you know she needs assistance, ha!

As many know, its not common for TRUE orange tabbies to be females but again, this girl is special as is her loving, outgoing and active personality. She enjoys cat toys especially anything she can bat around so adopters better be ready with toys at home especially anything with a ball that can be batted around (think of her as a toddler who needs those little hot wheel toys with their car tracks! she will bat the ball around and around in those circles just fun times!)

We must request adopters already have a cat friendly resident in the home OR adopt one of her good friends like Tangarin or Mandarine (you can check their bios online too) Ginger is comfortable around dogs but not exactly looking to befriend them. She should be great with children once she gets to know them. This healthy and UTD on all medical (felv/fiv kitty) is READY to be adopted and to schedule a meet and greet in the fashion valley area please submit an adoption application online at ARWOB.org once your application is received we will schedule a call within 24 hours to start the adoption process which can take 48-72 hrs

Please, DO NOT apply to adopt if you don't have landlord written approval(or are working on it), have a problem with a home check and are not ready to adopt within a week of submitting your application should it be approved to adopt. Thank you

More about this rescue

The A.R.W.O.B. group is based in San Diego, CA and operates mostly in Mexico as well as Southern California and will come to the aid of any animal in need which crosses our path. Our belief is to do what we can in order to “Make a difference in their lives.” From experience we have observed and feel the companion animals of Mexico are in the greatest need and accordingly we focus much of our efforts in Baja, Mexico. However, we certainly extend our help to our north of the border critters by accepting relinquished family pets, exiting both dogs and cats from the shelters of San Diego and of course by working in conjunction with other animal rescue groups in the community

Visit our website www.ARWOB.org to learn more about us.
