Zhara was essentially my ex’s dog. When he moved back home (Feb. 2024), we agreed that he would sponsor her (20-40 dollars a month) until he was able to ship her across the country to him.
He applied $20 to her care about 2 weeks after he left(Feb. 2024) and hasn’t been bothered with her or staying up-to-date on her wellbeing since. So, (April 2024) I blocked him as this was our only reason to communicate.
She needs a family. Whether that be one person, or one with kids, she needs social interaction that I can’t give her. Making sure she has food, water, and human contact once a day is all i’ve been able to give her. She’s house, catch, fetch, “go eat”, trained. Trained on all her mannerisms (sit, down, no, go to the room, go get your toy). An amazing dog that isn’t alarmingly loud or hyper like Husky’s usually are. She plays good with children ages 7 and up (hasn’t had contact with younger) and is good with other dogs as long as you introduce without food around for precaution.
