My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spencer (A136301) is a 1-year-old Pitbull mix who weighed 55.2 pounds on intake!

10/16/24 This handsome boy is Spencer! Spencer was surrendered to the shelter and is in search of his new place to call home. He was said to be quite stubborn and is looking for a patient owner to work with him. We highly encourage bringing him to a basic obedience class with a certified trainer to continue working on his manners. Spencer was said to be kennel trained but was said to not be housebroken or to know any basic commands at this time. He was said to do well with people of all ages, including babies and children! Spencer was also said to do well with other dogs but should go to a home without cats. Please ensure you are making appropriate introductions with any and all new friends. Spencer is a young do eager to learn, and in the right home, we are sure he will make an excellent companion! If you are interested in meeting Spencer, please let us know!
