Howdy there! My name is Kissin Katie and I’m the goodest girl in all the west! At the spry age of a little over 2 years old I’m looking for a new home to lay my head. It would be nice if my new family would take me on adventures like hiking, running, or even just some nice walks! I walk great on a lasso (or leash as my foster mom calls it). I know that we can’t go on an adventure everyday and on those days I’m happy to get my energy out with a game of fetch or an enrichment activity. I would say I’m pretty smart.
I already know basic commands like sit and down and I figured out my foster’s doggy door in just a couple of days. I’m also fully house-trained and great in my crate! It would be such a thrill if my new family wanted to continue my training. After all this work and play nothing would be better than snuggling up with my new family.
I love kids, however, I don’t have a ton of experience with them and if my new family had kids they would need to help me learn the correct way to interact with kids (not stealing toys, trying to get food from hands, etc.). I also haven’t had much experience with cats and so don’t know exactly how I’d interact with them. I’ve been told I’m a Catahoula Leopard Dog, but I’m probably a mix because I’m at the smaller size of that breed at only 40 lbs. If I sound like the girl for you, apply at https://bit.ly/
