My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet these two exceptionally charming and intelligent rabbits, Garth and Galinda! These two stunning white fluffy buns are very social and interactive.

They instantly get excited when they see you enter the room and will run over and stand up on their hind legs to get your love & attention. Once you gain their trust, they will even give you a nudge and put their front feet on your legs!

Having yummy treats in your hands is a big bonus for them, as they are super food motivated. They love fresh hay, greens, and food pellets!

Both rabbits are still learning to solely use their litterboxes, and are still in litterbox training-mode. They beautiful buns are bonded with each other, so they will need to go to their new home together as they truly love each other. When they are not munching on something nice or taking a snooze...they can be found exploring, playing with boxes, jumping on top of boxes, chasing each other, or doing binkies!

Garth and Galinda have been in care for 375 days and are still looking for a home. If you are interested or think you could be the right fit for them, please do not hesitate to drop by during our opening hours to visit (Tuesday-Sunday 12-3pm) or give us a call!

Our Charter:

The BC SPCA Charter is the foundation that guides the work we do:

Whereas:

The world is inhabited by many species sharing a common ecosystem of air, earth, and water. We recognize and value our interconnectedness with all animals.

Therefore:

The BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for the animals of the world we share.
