My name is Barbra!

Hey! My name is Barbra! I'm a black girl kitty who is 3 years old, which, if you ask me, is the perfect age for cat adoption: I'm still playful (gimme a toy mouse or ball to bat around and you'll see how good I am at playing!) but I'm not wild and crazy playful; I'm an adult so I know how to do all the cat things cats do and I can get along with other cats, but I'm not so old that I don't want to do anything; and I'm very good at being held and snuggling, which I hear is something people really like for kitties to be good at! I've been told I'm a real sweetheart and that whoever adopts me will be really lucky, so maybe that could be you?

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
