Meet Remi! This goofy, fun-loving 2-year-old Bull Terrier/Pitbull type mix is ready to bounce his way into your heart! Remi is an outgoing and energetic companion who loves to play and would thrive in an active home. He's always up for an adventure, whether it's a trip to the park, a hike in the woods, or just a rousing game of fetch in the backyard. Remi's a big fan of snacks (who isn't?!) and is eager to please, which makes him a great candidate for continued training. He's still working on his manners and would benefit from someone who can provide him with consistent guidance and positive reinforcement. If you're looking for a loyal, playful, and affectionate companion who will keep you entertained with his silly antics, Remi might be the perfect dog for you! 🐾

For In-Person Adoptions at the Shelter, visit during open hours. For pets in foster care, apply on that pet at www.multcopets.org

Meet the Pet

At the shelter, adopters will be able to meet a maximum of three (3) pets per visit, with ten (10) minutes per pet.

Take the Pet Home

Adoptions are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Adoptions will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Adopters will not be able to submit applications to adopt animals in advance, or place adoption holds on animals.
For In-Person Adoptions at the Shelter, visit during open hours.
For pets in foster care, apply on that pet at www.multcopets.org

Adopters will be able to meet a maximum of three (3) pets per visit, with ten (10) minutes per pet.
We will be unable to assist with pet-to-pet meets. Please keep your furry friends at home, adoptable pets will not be able to meet resident pets at the shelter.
Prepare enough time for your visit. Adopters should expect that it may be up to two (2) hours at the shelter to process an adoption, including meeting pets, an adoption consultation, and waiting periods. Wait times may be significantly longer on weekends.

Multnomah County Animal Services (MCAS) is the only open door shelter in Portland. We are the primary agency responsible for lost pet care, animal abuse investigations and animal rescue in Multnomah County. We also offer dog and cat licensing, lost and found pet services, and animal adoptions through our shelter in Troutdale. MCAS is a division of the Multnomah County Department of Community Services (DCS).
