Meet Jolie, a calm and affectionate 6 year-old Shih Tzu mix who's only 9 and a half pounds. She is making great strides in her housetraining. While she's okay with her crate, she'd much rather curl up with her humans at night. Jolie is low-energy and enjoys relaxing around the house or lounging in the yard. She hasn’t been cat-tested, but her foster family thinks she would probably be more curious than anything.

Described as friendly, quiet, adaptable, and happy, Jolie might be a little shy at first but quickly warms up. Once she feels at home, she’s the perfect lap dog who loves to be your shadow, always by your side.

Her foster mom says, “Jolie, or as we call her, Jojo, is the sweetest, most laid-back little girl with an adorable underbite. She’s open and even-tempered with everyone, doing great with our other small dogs and our 4-year-old. We believe she’d adapt well to most homes since she’s so chill and easygoing.”

Her minimum adoption fee is $295 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
