Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Toby
Toby is a 45, 10 month old Border Collie/Blue Heeler mixed puppy.
Toby is very kind, gentle, and would make an excellent family dog. I’m very impressed with him being an “old soul”, for being so young. He is a sweetheart to the fullest. He has a really soft, smooth, shiny coat. It’s a little longer than it looks. Definitely soft and definitely shiny. There is a Facebook page where potential doctors can see the dogs that I foster in My Home. I will put a link at the end of this section. Toby is located in Harrison Arkansas with Ozark Homeward Bound animal rescue. He would be transported to your location via the rescue network transport. If interested, please include your telephone number because we do not send out applications until after we conduct phone interviews.

More about this rescue

We are a small volunteer non-profit rescue group. We receive no public funding. All our rescues are in private volunteer foster homes, and we do not operate a shelter. Our primary goal is to make the "perfect match" between the pet and his or her Forever Family. Our reward is the love of the animals and the gratitude of their new families.
