My name is Chewie!

Chewie is a very smart and sweet dog who is approximately 17 lbs. She has been to training, and understands basic commands to come, sit, and stay. She is very house trained. She has lived with another rescue, Tuna for the past 8 years, so she is good with other dogs and enjoys the dog park. She was good with a cat that we had several years ago. She loves to have toys and belly rubs.
Unfortunately, life circumstances have changed for me. I have accepted a job out of state, and I am unable to have pets where I am going. I want most for her to have a loving, stable home with people who will be good to her and appreciate her. She is a loving dog, very smart, with a great personality.
